of the categories combined were cast from over 91 countries including Germany,
Nigeria, Ghana, England, and France.

Cheryl Ann, an internationally-recognized fashion, beauty and style expert, is
nominated for Best Clothing, Style and Fashion Web Site. Appropriately, her web
site at www.evoluerconsultants.com offers information and consulting services \"for
the upwardly mobile woman and teen girl who wants to maximize her personal and
professional image and style.\" Cheryl Ann\'s professional experience in the fashion
and beauty industry spans more than 20 years and includes co-authoring the book,
\"SoulStyle: Black Women Redefining the Color of Fashion\", as well as journalistic
contributions to Essence, Black Enterprise, and BridesNoir magazines.

Norm Bond, won the 2007 vote for Best Online Commentary, is nominated again this
year for Best Online News and Politics Commentator. Bond, is President of the
National Alliance of Market Developers (NAMD) Philadelphia Chapter, and the
Communications Chairperson for the Philadelphia Millions More Movement. His web site
